So she...My 11 year old is 5'3" already.... So she can't wear kids sizes anymore. We spent hours online and and another couple of hours in our local Halloween store trying to find something that would meet her criteria (which I still haven't figured out) and mine (under $35, adequate coverage, not suggestive).
