The new tissues that contain Vick's Vapor-Rub are a wonderful way to help relieve congestion when wiping your nose. Upon contact that Vapor-Rub immediately warms your skin and clears your sinuses, a little like the sensation you get when eating a mild chili pepper.
HOWEVER, it is not the best choice as a substitute for toilet paper during an empty roll emergency. Trust me on this one.
