I had this long windy post about dogwoods written in my head, and then I said, "Aw heck Hula, just shut up and show the pictures. The flowers are prettier than anything you could write about them."
I will dedicate this one to mama, though. She sure loves a pretty dogwood tree.

Our dogwoods are blooming here two weeks early. I think the warm temps brought them out. The dogwood is one of my favorite trees.

I told Joe this weekend that I want a dogwood in our yard. There are plenty in the woods but I want one for my very own!
