Great Googly Moogly! These 8 Degree Wind Chills are Freezing my Coconuts
The ONLY thing I like about a butt freezing week like this, and I mean the ONLY thing, is the opportunity to wear a sassy wool hat.I did run today at lunch and aside from the lack of feeling in my face and the constant trail of snot streaming out of my left nostril it wasn't horrible.
So fashionable and adorable, I must say! I have been sporting a hat this season too! Temps here in PA have not gone above 25 and we are expected to stay in this artic front for over a week!! Brrrrrrrr!
It is adorable! I bought one today that C.S. says makes me look like a granny or a chemo patient, so I could use an upgrade. We have lows in the 30's here (wind chill: 20's), which is darn cold for us and definitely hat weather.
I will say this, I did the pupply-head-tilt today walking to the bus stop. Girl in a short skirt, fishnets and fur boots--and it's below zero with the windchill.
Cute hats and boots? Yes. Short skirts and fishnets? Um. No.
I actually broke out my winter running jacket, running pants, and gloves for my evening run. My goodness the windchill down here was in the upper 30's!!!
